There is no age restriction to browse the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
3) Where We Sell / Shipping Destination
We currently sell and ship orders to the lower 48 United States (continental U.S.) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
4) Products
We sell coffee products and apparel. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are shown on the Site and may be updated from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately, but actual appearance may vary by device/screen.
5) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping (if any).
6) Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping Policy page and/or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
